No. They are base documents to speed up your internal compliance, tailored to your organization. Compliance depends on your organization putting it into practice; and ISO 27001 certification, in addition, is granted by an independent certification body.
The model writes only the sections that depend on your answers; the rest are delivered as they are in the Kit. Every text goes through automatic checks: it keeps the original legal references and admits no figures, links or emails that are not in the original or in your answers. Whatever fails is redone and, if it still fails, the standard Kit text stays with a note. A document that cannot be delivered safely is not delivered: our team reviews it. You review and approve every document.
No. AI Docs writes with a proprietary language model that Ziemtinel operates on its own within its infrastructure. Your answers and documents are not sent to third-party artificial intelligence services and are not used to train models.
Between 170 and 230 questions, depending on the standard, because everything your documents need comes from it. You answer one at a time, progress is saved as you go and you can leave and resume whenever you want. Each question comes with a guide explaining what the answer is used for. If you do not have a data point, you can mark "I do not have this information" (except on a few basic questions): that point keeps the standard Kit text and is flagged to complete later.
The full Kit Docs for the standard you choose, the adaptation of your documents with your questionnaire, the included credits and access to your customer portal. It is a one-time payment, no subscription. The price is net, plus VAT.
Yes. If you change an answer, AI Docs redoes only the documents that depend on it and uses one credit per redone document. Each Kit includes credits for this and you can buy more inside the portal. Viewing and downloading documents costs no credits.
With the email you bought with. If it is your first time, a few minutes after delivery you get an email with the link to create your password, and the portal will ask you to enable a second authentication factor. If your company already uses the portal, its administrator can invite you.
Nothing to redo: the document identity is applied when you download, so changing the logo, colors or codes applies to everything already adapted and costs no credits.
